I did what society told me to. I went to college, got a degree and started in the workforce. I worked, worked and worked for what? A .25 raise. I was loyal and did everything I could to help grow someone else’s business. Then it happened. 5 months after having my son I was demoted from my director role and that was it. I was done. 

I started my business in 2015 in the after-work hours until it grew big enough to out-produce my day job, put in my notice, and was out. That was nine years ago.

Since then I have supported over one hundred business mamas knock out to-do lists, grow their reach and build the business of their dreams, become booked out and you are next

I have invested $500k+ into my education, grew a multiple six-figure business, and spoken on numerous stages about this freedom life. I’m in your corner, your well of knowledge, and I’m gonna do it all in sweatpants – of course.

FAQs

What is the cost of all this?

Great question! Each person’s retainer is different depending on the services, hours, and needs of their business. We do require a minimum of 10 hours per month to contract with our VAs. 

No! We do allow month-to-month – however, we do require a 30-day cancellation notice so we can wrap up items for you, and prepare the assistant to work on new projects. 

Yes! We help onboard you, set up a meeting for the two of you to connect, and do check-ins from time to time to make sure that things are going smoothly for you. We will help if you need it but we believe you will work best if we don’t get between working your relationship and outcomes.

No problem! Sometimes we know that they don’t always pan out the way you want. Maybe there is an unforeseen circumstance, the skills are no longer a match, or communication skills are a mismatch. In that situation, we will go back to the drawing board and interview new VAs. In the interim, we are happy to support you while we find your replacement.

Payments are handled with our team, we will pay your VA for you. If you choose to tip or send a gift on top of that it is your choice, but never required. We send all our invoices through Square & stripe that gives you the option to pay with a credit card or bank transfer.

In a way, yes. We still would like to meet you and hear your needs so we can find the right people for you. However, we can put speed on finding you help and help you start right now.
